Mandurah Performing Arts Inc. is seeking individuals with business acumen and a passion for the arts to join its Board of Management as General Board Members. These voluntary positions are for an initial two-year term, with the possibility of renewal.
As an independent not-for-profit organisation, the Board plays a vital role in providing strategic direction, governance and financial oversight for Mandurah Performing Arts Centre (ManPAC).

Casual Cleaners
The Mandurah Performing Arts Centre (ManPAC) is seeking Casual Cleaners to join our team.
About the Role:
Work within a small team and possess the ability to work autonomously when required, to ensure that both public and backstage areas are maintained to the highest standard to welcome our performers and patrons to the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the centre is always presented to the public in a professional and clean state.
- Assist the Operations Manager in delivering the cleaning services in the most efficient, effective and financially viable way.
- Ensure that all Back of House areas and Dressing Rooms are kept to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with Front of House and Back of House to achieve the best and effective outcome possible.
Exceed expectations and willing to go the extra mile if needed.

Casual Venue Technicians
The Mandurah Performing Arts Centre (ManPAC) is seeking Casual Venue Technicians to support the delivery of exceptional events and performances.
In this role, you will assist with stagehand duties, event setup and pack down, lighting, sound, audiovisual operations, staging, general technical and facilities maintenance.
As a Casual Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth technical execution of theatre productions and events. You will work closely with the Technical Team to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service and professionalism.
This role will work with local, national and international touring artists to ensure they experience a high level of satisfaction when utilising the Centre.
Key Skills and Attributes:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and qualities:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in a similar technical role.
- Knowledge of theatre and event operations, including setup and pack down procedures.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the ManPAC team and clients.
- The capacity to perform well under pressure, multitask, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a willingness to take on a range of tasks.
- Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a readiness to learn new skills quickly.
- Willingness to perform technical and facilities maintenance as required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
